Under current Coronavirus restrictions the meeting this month will be conducted via video conferencing link.
Members of the public wishing to sit in on this meeting are welcome to do so and are invited to join by clicking HERE on this link. The link will be active from 7:20pm on the day of the meeting and members of the public are reminded that the Chair will allow a 15 mins period at the start of the meeting for individuals to speak to the council on any matter relevent to council activity.
If you are attending at the specific request of the council, or wish to hear directly of a council decision regarding an item of business on the current meeting agenda, then please be aware that you may only speak at the meeting when invited to do so by the chair and may not be otherwise involved in any discussion or decision making process in relation to your declared interest in that item of business.
You must vacate the meeting at the request of the chair when any confidential matters are under discussion and are reminded that the only official record of business conducted at the meeting is as contained in the approved minutes of that meeting.
